Shall have primary responsibility for reviewing proposals for new and revised Collegiate Seminars; for establishing policies related to the Core curriculum; and for devising ways of meeting present and future problems, needs, and opportunities related to the College's Collegiate Seminars. Shall be responsible for recruiting and selecting, with the approval of the Dean of Undergraduate Education, the Director of the Core Curriculum. Shall work closely with the Director of the Core Curriculum in promoting the effective development and teaching of Core courses and Collegiate Seminars by offering guidance and support to Departments, Programs, and individual faculty members.
